    One night, I requested a late checkout, and they did it with no fuss. I'll never forget that moment when I was sitting by the heated pool, just soaking in the sun, the staff kept checking on me to make sure I had everything needed.

    Let me tell you, it wasn't exactly inexpensive but had its moments.

    It was spotless in the hotel. The staff was affable, helped with every request. The property had exceptionally nice location so close to main restaurant. Sahl Hasheesh district was worth exploring. Everything was simply really good.

    The air conditioning in the room was excessively loud was good!!! The WiFi was almost nonexistent in the rooms, forcing us to camp out in the reception area for connectivity!!!

    The cleanliness throughout the resort was really good, from the rooms to the beach area. I especially enjoyed the diverse food options available . There was always something delicious to try. The staff were genuinely friendly and willing to assist with any requests. The garden view from my room was serene and picturesque, a perfect escape to unwind after a day of activities.

    The noise from the air conditioning unit was disruptive at night.

    The room was a decent size but I wasn't blown away. The view was okay, but I honestly liked it better after they switched my room. I appreciated that they changed it quickly. The setup was really nice. Easy to get around, but the air conditioning had a leak that got messy. It felt a bit outdated, but comfy enough for a few nights. Could definitely use some upgrading though.
